How to Export and Import Shopreviews

To import reviews manually from another platform or from our Magento 1 version of the Shopreview, we first need to export the form to make sure the mapping on the import is right.

1. Export
After creating a Shopreview form, submit 1 review so we have a review to use as sample data. After creating a Shopreview and placing a review, we can select the "export" link from the action grid.
After this, an CSV is created with all default values and the 1 review as a sample.

2. Import
After editing the complete CSV with the new reviews, select the "import" link from the grid. A new page with an upload function will be loaded. Upload your CSV and select the upload button. Then, a message of success or failure will be shown.
